Preventing Zits

Who doesn’t hate zits? It’s really irritating even seeing ONE on your face but what if there were two, three or even FIVE of them? It makes you want to pop them right? Some says “Pimples are lesions that occur when the skin’s pores are obstructed or infected.The most basic form of pimple prevention is hygiene and preventive skin care.”

“Stress”. “Clog pores”Hormonal changes” etc…Recently I’ve found out about how to somehow prevent them. Well, every morning I MUST eat cereals because it helps me on my bowel movement. When I stopped eating cereals for about two or three days, I had problems on my bowel movements then a pimple suddenly popped out.

This happened for a few times so I noticed that whenever I don’t have regular bowel movement a pimple pops out but when I have regular bowel movement I won’t have any pimples even if I’m stressed and sleep very late, yeah seriously. Irregular bowel movements will sort of “store” the toxic/dirt inside our bodies which causes pimples to come out on our face or back. Well that’s what I’ve heard from my mom and I think it’s true.

I’m not saying that you have to eat cereals everyday. You must have regular bowel movement to prevent any more pimples coming out.

If you’re having irregular bowel movements or constipation go on a High Fiber DietCereals, whole grain breads, green vegetables, oragnic fruits and Pastas would help. ^^~ And a little bit of exercise will do.

So remember, regular bowel movement will help keep the pimple away ~
