Almost all car owners doesn’t want to spot a single dirt inside and outside their car. To keep your car clean on the outside, you have to wash it at least once or twice a month. You can use pressure wash which can be found at car wash stations to remove dirts from difficult to reach areas, but don’t hold it too close to the painted areas because it can peel off the loose paint.

Another way to keep your car looking fresh and new is to wax it regularly to give that shiny look and it protects the paint from the harsh environment.

The inside part of the car must be kept clean at all times, you would not want insects/bugs crawling inside your car. Vacuum the seats and floors, wipe the doors and dash, clean windows and shake out the car mats. Make sure you empty everything out of the trunk and discard unwanted junks. If you’d like, you can put a trash bin on the front or back seat to avoid throwing trashes anywhere in the car.

Always check your car for scratches, chips, or residue marks so you could immediately repair it. If you don’t know how, you can visit an auto parts shop to help you out.

Remember to keep you car clean because a car can reflect the owner’s personality.

Check Condition Before You Buy

I know each and every one in the world wants to have their own car, whether it’s brand new or not, as long as they can use it as their mode of transportation for work, school, etc. Last 2 years ago, my mom and my two uncles were looking for a nice second hand SUV for me to use. I think last 3 months ago, they saw a Ford Explorer for sale around the neighborhood. They took it for a spin to see whether or not the engine is in a good condition. They drove around LA and decided to stop by in Los Angeles auto repair to let the “pros” check the car instead since they’re already there.

They left the car for a moment because they were really hungry. So after an hour or so, they went back to the auto repair shop and asked if they’ve found some problems with the Ford. Sadly, it needs a head gasket replacement. So both of my uncles decided not to buy the Ford since we’re the ones who’s gonna pay for the replacement. Oh well.

So, if you want to buy a second hand car, check everything first and make sure that it’s in a good condition to save more money; unless if you’re willing to spend for the repairs.

Car Maintenance

While we were at my Aunt’s place a while ago, I heard her and my Uncle talking about a good auto repair shop since her current one doesn’t seem to be that good and can’t fix some of her car problems. She doesn’t get her car a regular maintenance because of her busy schedule that she needs to make use of her cars everyday. My Uncle told her that it is very important to get a regular car maintenance to avoid future problems and accidents. He also told my Aunt about his friend that got into a car accident because there was something wrong with his break job and sadly, took his life. That is why he always reminds everyone around him to make sure that their car is in a good condition before driving.

So my Uncle called one of his friends and asked about a good auto repair shop for my Aunt. A lot of his friends recommended Dallas Auto Repair because of their superb service. They do a very good job fixing any car problems and it’s much cheaper than car dealers. This reminds me of my guy friend that had a huge dent on his Chevrolet Silverado and took it to his car dealer, spent a lot of money for the damage and I think he waited 2 months for his car.

My Aunt promised my Uncle to get a regular car maintenance for all of her cars. Of course my Uncle knows how busy is my Aunt is, that’s why he volunteered to be in charge in taking my Aunt’s car every month for maintenance.

So for all the people who owns a car, make sure your car is always in a good condition and must have a regular car maintenance.
